About the Role

Restaurants regularly update their menus, prices, food categories, and product details. The Menu Content Executive helps keep this information accurate on the platform.

The work is completed using internal software and online tools. Accuracy is important because customers depend on menu information while placing orders.

Daily Work Responsiblity

Depending on the assigned project, your responsibilities may include:

• Add new menu items to restaurant profiles.
• Update food names, prices, and descriptions.
• Check menu categories before publishing updates.
• Remove discontinued items whenever requested by restaurant partners.
• Upload food images where required.
• Review restaurant information for accuracy.
• Maintain digital records of completed updates.
• Report missing or incorrect menu information.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams whenever clarification is required.
• Complete daily assignments within the scheduled timeline.

This is an operations-based role completed entirely through a computer.

Skills Required

• Ability to organise digital information.

Candidates with experience in content uploading, catalogue management, data entry, e-commerce operations, or administrative work may have an added advantage.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position.

Employees generally work:

• Around 8 hours per day.
• 5 working days per week.

Additional working hours may occasionally be required during platform updates or seasonal campaigns.
