Workis Solution Product Listing Executive - Freshers

Workis Solution is hiring for the position of Product Listing Executives for managing product information on various online marketplaces. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with product detail, online platforms, and digital records. Freshers can apply; training will be provided before starting the regular work.

In this role you will be creating and editing product listings, checking product information, and ensuring online catalogues are accurate. This is a non-calling role, and there is no customer support.

Educational Qualification

Candidates who have completed any of the following can apply:

• 12th Pass
• Diploma
• Graduation

Experience

Freshers are welcome.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in product listing, catalogue management, E-Commerce Operations, data entry, or Online Marketplace Management.

Job Responsibilities

As a Product Listing Executive, your work may include:

• Upload new products to the company website and online stores.
• Update product titles, descriptions, specs, and prices.
• Add product images as per company standards.
• Always check listings regularly to make sure all information is correct.
• Remove duplicate or outdated product details.
• Maintain category-wise product records.
• Coordinate with the content and operations team whenever product information needs updating.
• Monitor stock status and update product availability when required.
• Prepare simple reports related to product uploads and updates.
• Complete assigned work within the given deadlines.

Skills Required

Applicants should have:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of online shopping websites.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to organize digital records.
• Good written English.

Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or Flipkart Seller Hub will be helpful but is not mandatory.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position.

Employees generally work:

  Additional work may occasionally be required during product launches or promotional events.
