Zeevi Infotech is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist in supporting the accounting operations of solar and renewable energy projects. This is a role for accounting professionals who are comfortable managing project-based finances, preparing financial reports, tracking project costs, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
This position will collaborate with finance teams and project managers and company leadership to make sure financial information is recorded correctly and shared on time. Educational Qualification:-
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in:
Accounting & Finance Or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA will be an advantage.
Experience
The candidate should possess 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction or project-based businesses.
Experience in solar project accounting, capital asset management, and project cost tracking will be a plus
Job Role:
We need someone who can do the day-to-day accounting work, but also keep an eye on the project finances.
Your duties may include:
- Keep bookkeeping of solar and renewable energy projects.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Post financial transactions to the general ledger accurately.
- Track project budgets and capital expenditures.
- Track project costs and distribute costs accurately across various projects.
- Match fixed assets, project development costs and revenue accounts.
- Prepare financial documents to support internal and external audits and respond to audit questions.
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting planning.
- Assist in compliance with tax rules, government incentives, grants and renewable energy regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to enhance accounting processes and internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management to support business planning and decision making.

Working Hours
This is a full time remote position.
Regular work schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Depending on project requirements and time zone coordination, flexible working hours may be available.
