Job Responsibility:

Every merchant submits business and identity documents while registering for payment services. Before an account is approved, these documents need to be checked carefully.

Your work will mainly involve reviewing digital records instead of speaking with customers. Accuracy is more important than speed because incorrect verification can delay account activation.

Job Role:

The work assigned during the shift may include:

• Review merchant KYC documents submitted online.
• Verify names, addresses, and business information.
• Check whether uploaded documents are clear and complete.
• Compare submitted information with internal records.
• Update verification status in the operations system.
• Record observations whenever documents require correction.
• Escalate cases that need additional review.
• Maintain digital records of completed verification requests.
• Follow company compliance guidelines while handling documents.
• Complete assigned work within daily turnaround time.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates may apply if they have completed:

Bachelor's Degree in any stream.

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with experience in operations, banking, documentation, verification, finance, or back-office work may also apply.

Work Schedule

The operations team generally works:

8 working hours each day.
Five working days each week.
