Daily Responsibilities
The work assigned during a shift may be comprised of:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Assist customers with their requests through voice and blended channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries on order status, delivery, returns, refunds, and account issues.
- Explain Amazon’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Check customer details before changing account details.
- Log all customer conversations in the company support system.
- Keep customer records updated for every interaction.
- Transfer any unresolved requests to the appropriate support team.
- Communicate with customers using approved call procedures.
- Meet assigned work within required response time.
- Safeguard customer data in accordance with company policies.
- Meet Daily Quality and Productivity Goals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or Postgraduate.

- Internet allowance of ₹1,250 per month (₹15,000 per annum) for eligible work-from-home employees.
